Who is eligible for the ECO4 scheme?
The ECO4 scheme is open to owner-occupiers in England, Scotland and Wales, who are living in privately owned homes or in social housing, or are a tenant with permission
from the landlord.
Eligibility also depends on the property having an EPC rating of D, E, F or G, a low income or receiving state benefits.
