Head of Installations

Established in 2018, Zenith Eco Solutions has an aim along with Britain to improve Britain’s emissions. We aim to achieve this by installing energy saving measure in domestic properties across the UK. We specialise in installing insulation measure such as “Underfloor insulation”, “Loft Insulation”, “Cavity wall insulation” and “Internal Wall Insulation”. We also install more energy efficient heating systems such as Condensing boiler upgrades and air source heat pumps. 

Zenith Eco Solutions is a Trustmark accredited company which enables us to offer free or subsidized grants to our customers on the government backed ECO scheme. 

At the recent Northwest Energy Efficiency Awards,Zenith ECO solutions were awarded Winners of the Regional Boiler & Heating Installer and Contractor of the Year for 2024, In addition to the top honour, Zenith received commendation for the regional Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year Award. Our team’s success continued with another commendation for the regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year Award.

Due to rapid growth Zenith Eco Solutions are looking for a Head of Installations to join our growing team. As one of the Northwest’s Leading ECO installer and providers, there has never been a better time to start a career here at Zenith ECO solutions.   

There are multiple routes of progression here for the right candidate. 

Your role will include the below responsibilities. 

  • Management of all subcontractors and operatives. 
  • Ensure all site rules and Health and Safety guidelines are followed by all site operatives and sub-contractors. 
  • Manage the distribution of materials into the correct areas. 
  • Manage and arrange the labour and resource required to carry out site works. 
  • Coordination with other trades on site. 
  • Coordination and logistical planning with suppliers and subcontractors. 
  • Maintain a weekly project diary. 
  • Produce weekly reports to be submitted to the Directors which include Site audit reports, room availability reports, weekly progress reports. 
  • Ensure you are up to date with all new company processes & install requirements. 
  • Coach and guide new insulation team members through a role specific induction. 
  • Ensure all installers are able, capable, and equipped to carry out their role. 
  • Be the first point of contact for the office support team on day-to-day install issues. 
  • Analyse reports for accurate and informative reporting. 
  • Identify and conduct training for the installer team. 
  • Report on performance data for management information. 
  • Motivate installers and the support team to meet planned deadlines. 
  • To liaise with caseworkers, and other relevant parties, at all stages and keep them informed of all relevant variations and progress of work. 
  • To support clients before, during and after building works regularly informing them of progress. 
  • To ensure work is consistently and efficiently completed to a high standard to build. 
  • Produce weekly reports to be submitted to the Directors which include Site audit reports, room availability reports, weekly progress reports. 

                                        This role is office based in Liverpool with some site visits when required. 

                                        Office Hours Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00pm
